I would hope that all of them don't think it's okay to beat or abuse in any kind of way women and kids. Cultures are different but human nature is the same. Psychology and so fourth. In, America, we have many cultures and if this incident was reported to the proper authority the state would pick it up and charge him with domestic violence.
