Mine crashes a lot too. Just open it up under safari on your web browser and that runs orettt well. It's harder to upload pictures in safari browser but the amsite runs smoother.
I just d/l'd the Android version a few days ago and has worked pretty well so far. I think devs are actively improving app, so a non-crashing iOS version likely due soon.

I had eSteem on my phone. After a while it only showed me posts promoting ICONOMI and wouldn't let me look at anything else so I deleted it.
When the app freezes on my phone just turn my phone off and back on and that usually corrects the problem.
