Hey hey hey my dearest followers!

Let me introduce myself a little bit before writing about my serious topic.
My name is Michael and I am a 25 years old investor from Eastern Europe. I love reading, writing and sharing my thoughts with others.
I invest in real estate what gives me passive income and opportunity to do what I love!

My motto is - I would rather declare bankruptcy one hundred times than live an ordinary life!

And now - we can start!

I have been thinking a lot about creating a blog and now I finally decided to set it up about my passion - real estate investing!

When I was 17 years old, I truly did not know what I wanted to do with my life. I was a high school student with no future, no real interest and no passion at all. One day my friend gave me a book called "Rich dad Poor dad" written by a billionaire Robert Kiyosaki - and it completely changed my life! I realized that real estate investing was what I would have liked to do all my life! I started to read articles and watch youtube videos about real estate investing and step by step I could see a progress in my thinking and in my thoughts in general. I got myself a job and did my best to earn as much money as possible even during my studies on high school.

To make it a little bit shorter I bought my first real estate when I was 20. I bought a flat worth $30 000 with 2 bedrooms. I put 3000$ by myself and a bank gave me the rest. Then I rented out and this investment gave me regularly 49$ per month after mortgage and insurance were paid.

Now 5 years later, my passive income is approximately $7500 per month and moreover I want to show you how I have invested all along and how you can too!

In my future articles, I am going to post tips, statistics, facts, and thoughts I have learned during my investment voyage and also am going to reveal my story straight from my first investment up to the present!
