Bear markets suck and last a long time. Honestly, would suggest just changing your expectations so you don't become disappointed/frustrated with price. Looking back at history, it has take BTC and ETH ~3 years to hit new all-time high. Since we're 50 weeks into a bear market, expect things to trend sideways/slightly higher over the next couple of years. Maybe it's shorter, maybe longer. But nonetheless, gotta be patient. Very tough, I know.
Most projects are not equipped to last that long. Not to mention, the teams behind said projects aren't either.
It is mentally exhausting to try and keep pushing forward through these times. Most people just quit.
History tells us that's a terrible idea.
Bear market is tough. But only the first time.
