What does Invance mean?

Invance is a made up word. It is made up just like the worth of a dollar. The worth of a currency. It is made up like these words flowing from my brain onto this digital page. It is made up to keep me on track in this modern day world that we all "must" adhere to.

Just like how we all "must" pay bills, have money, and be fiscally responsible in order to "grow up" in life, invancement is a state of mind.

I formed this word myself so it is up to me to explain what it actually is. Invance is a combination of two words: 'Invest' and 'Dance'. So we can't understand what invance means without defining these words as well. What do these two words mean?

Invest (noun) - "Expend money with the expectation of achieving a profit or material result by putting it into financial plans, shares, or property, or by using it to develop a commercial venture" (Google). A easier way to explain what ‘invest’ means is to put money into a plan in order to see financial success. You can invest in more than just tangible companies, assets, and properties, however.

As an empath, I have invested a lot of time, energy, and love into not only projects, but people. Sometimes I saw people as my own personal projects to benefit my life. This is the wrong way to view relationships and these wrong people who have failed to show me a return of my investment(s). These investments of love have caused me a lot of pain through my adulthood. Therefore it is up to me to change my ways. Many millennials like me have heard of the term 'adulting', which is defined as " the practice of behaving in a way characteristic of a responsible adult, especially the accomplishment of mundane but necessary tasks" (Google). This means the act of paying bills, buying food, going to work, applying for colleges, apartments, homes, jobs, etc. etc. is what it means to be an adult. This also means to do things that you don't want to do - like instead of begging for reciprocated love from other humans to find love within myself through personal gains. Financial gains is my consistent lover and my goal is to invest in this love more.

When I was young I thought being an adult meant you could do what you wanted, when you wanted. That is not true. That is called being rich and successful.

So we now understand what it truly means to invest. But what does it mean to dance?

Dance (verb) - " [to] move rhythmically to music, typically following a set sequence of steps" (Google). Dancing can be done to the music of life, the daily beat of the heart, and the steps of the enchiridion of daily activities. Dancing can be difficult, but it can also be easy. I believe if we don't conform to modern day standards of what it means to be a good dancer, we can all dance well. Not only that, we can all feel the freeing emotions letting loose in life can afford us.

Now we know with clarity that invest means to put energy in different forms into something for prosperity, and dance means to move with a rhythm in a lively manner. Now combining invest and dance gives us... 'invance'!

Invance - to put time, money, and energy into one's life in order to profit and move to the rhythm of life in a fun and lively way.

Again, I have made this word up in order to be able to invest until I can dance and live joyously and love exponentially to help myself and others with few restrictions. Every article in my INVANCEMENT SERIES is here to follow my dreams of fiscal responsibility. I am also going to analyze different types of assets as I invest in them, and hopefully one day you reading this and I writing this, can learn something together and invance our lives together in financial harmony with this modern world.
