We would like to introduce Gilgit-Baltistan (GB) heaven on earth which is situated in the Northern Areas of Pakistan. This region has some of the finest tourism attractions in the world such as:

#K2:(Godwin-Austen) second highest mountain in the world,at 8,611 metres (28,251 ft) above sea level.

#Nanga Parbat :(The killer Mountain) is the ninth highest mountain in the world at 8,126 metres above sea level,

#Deosai: Land of the Giant is located between District Astore and District Skardu in Gilgit Baltistan.

#Sheosar Lake: means “Blind Lake” in Shina language is situated in Deosai National Park, in District Astore Gilgit-Baltistan of northern Pakistan.

#Baltit Fort: is an ancient fort in the Hunza valley in Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan. Founded in the 8th CE, it has been on the UNESCO World Heritage Tentative list since 2004

#Domail: Rainbow lake is located in Minimarg Astore valley Gilgit-Baltistan Pakistan. This lake is one of the beautiful lakes of the world with wild open area covered with lush green meadows

#Altit Fort : is an ancient fort at Altit town in the Hunza valley in Gilgit Baltistan, Pakistan. It was originally home to the hereditary rulers of the Hunza state who carried the title “Mir”

#Rama Meadows: is on the top of the beautiful Astore Valley that has a light covering of oak trees and other greenery.

#Attabad Lake: is a lake in the Gojal Valley, Hunza of northern Pakistan that was created in January 2010 by a landslide dam

#Shangrila Skardu: also known as “Heaven on Earth”, is nestled amongst some of the world's highest peaks. It encircles the heart shaped “Kachura Lake” and is surrou-nded by fruit laden orchards and flower filled gardens.

#Naltar Valley: is 40 km from Gilgit City, it is a forested (pine) village known for its wildlife and magnificent mountain scenery

Gilgit_Baltistan (GB) is perhaps the most beautiful area of Pakistan because of its geography and scenic beauty. It has a mix of a lot of culture which makes it even more important. Gilgit-Baltistan is also strategically the most important region in the Karakorum’s. So the people of Pakistan should realize this importance too and take care of it as it’s a valuable asset for Pakistan.
