    Thanks! Haven't seen that about DTube. Where can I find the details about all that? I've been trying to familiarize myself with where everything is. lol

      ugh... I have no idea, it's probably somewhere in their TOS?!

      but when you look at a post made via dtube on steemd it's shown:

      so afaik percentages are treated as integers with 2 decimal places here and that's 25%

      decentralize everything... i am a big fan... but that's quite the fee imho

      and maybe that's just me, but I much prefer seeing youtube embeds that can play in a steemit post and without being taken to d.tube

        Thanks. Looks like that might be the way to go for now. I'll still upload the videos to DTube but I'll probably embed YT into my posts. Much appreciated.

        I would say that info you provided was worth a metric ton. Seriously, just the user interaction bonus of not being redirected is reason enough to host on YT and embed in post here. Thanks again!
