who am I? discovery or just living life the way it is? **My introduction

Good day everyone. This is my introductory post. My name is Debbie, I'm a teenager from Nigeria, Africa and currently in the university. My younger brother introduced me to this platform and I don't really understand what this platform is all about hoping you guys could drop more light on it
I'm a Nursing student in my third year, I can't wait to graduate. I want to become a nurse to help improve someone's life medically , showing empathy, rendering the best care possible, to build a very big nursing school and make lots of money. Lol
I love reading self help books and travelling. I love it when people admit their faults and make efforts to correcting those faults. My dislikes are lying and cheating vulnerable people. I know no one is perfect but that doesn't mean it's ok to have so much flaws.
What pains me the most is seeing little children suffer and beg for food. It is very rampant in Nigeria (my country) mostly the northern parts where some couples have more children than they can cater for, leaving those children to beg for food or hawking. One of my life goals is saving those children from the streets and improving their lives. I believe they are just too innocent to be live a life like that. They should have the basic necessities of life which is good food, housing and clothing. It will be really helpful if the government paid more attention to children from really poor background and educate couples to give birth to the number of children they can cater for.
Another goal or something I would love to do when I have the means is creating opportunities for people who can't afford education. Even in this modern era, a large percentage of people don't have basic education. I know In reality, everyone doesn't have equal opportunities because life itself isn't fair, so why not help a brother or a sister out by giving or supporting.
It's really alarming that child marriages still go on, efforts should be made to completely eradicate it.
Recently, I was thinking Am I discovering myself or I'm just living life the way it is? Is this really what I want to do in this time of my life, am I laying foundations for the future or I haven't found my purpose yet. Sometimes I feel my life is stagnant and that there are no improvements and I sort out ways to do? I've heard people say teenage years is the best years of a person's life, I guess that doesn't apply to me. lol.
Most especially I love it when people stay true to themselves, being authentic in everything.
