Must say I hate TV and try to not watch it (so apologies for never having heard of you). Congratulations on motherhood and if you want to lose weight, simply head to the gym and lift some weights. You'll hardly get muscley (as a woman - unless you take steroids) but what extra muscle you do get will help you burn off unwanted excess 'baggage' at a faster rate than you would otherwise.
Is that Tom Hanks on your daily mail fan page photo???
