This is my first post on Hive.
My name is Victor Hegger, a Dutch self made digital artist/cartoonist and I am 48 years old.
A friend of mine told me about Hive and i must say it sounds like it is something else.
Fuck Facebook!
In the Netherlands we have the scandalous "Black Pete" tradition, where our Santa Claus, "Sinterklaas" brings presents and joy to young children. Helping this kind man, is an army of black servants, called "zwarte Piet" or "Black Pete" who crawl through the chimney to put presents and sweets in the children's shoes on the 5th of December.
They have been doing this since hundreds of years, alas, in recent years our friends on the left have deemed this practice racist and backwards, trying to convince us that "Black Pete"should either be as white as Sinterklaas, or at least colored in a less offensive skin tone, as yellow, green, or rainbow.
Needless to say, a rainbow colored "Black Pete" fails to make the same impression on a child's imagination as his former black cousin could.
But not all of us Dutch men and women are comfortable with tradition being stripped away.
In order to save a small part of this particular piece of Dutch heritage, i have created this "Black Pete" art series, so that Dutch children will know who "Black Pete" really was.
This is the first work of this series.

They are doing it with so many different things like traditions, shows and movies and all sorts, where they want things changed, saying it is racist.
But maybe THEY are the racists to think it is racist.
Anyways this woke culture has to complain about everything and I stick to my life and enjoying the things in it. Screw them all!
