My name is Victor Rotariu. I am not a M.D. or a certified nutritionist.

I am a also a consumer. One who, like you, got tricked by the modern environment to eat the wrong things. I tried to fix the problem and start eating healthy. But I ran into the confusions and contradiction of nutrition information.

So I have used my professional expertise to work through all the clutter, the bullshit, the ideology and the misinformation. I read the medical studies, examined the statistical evidence, did the self-experimentation and worked the logical implications.

The result is BodyWants: a simple and clear approach to eating and living right. One that has helped me, and others, transform from a sedentary pre-diabetes obese depressed victim into a successful, active, powerful man in charge of his own life. I crossfit, I run, I participate in endurance sports, exceed expectations in my professional role, read and think extensively.
