For now though consider that 5-htp's conversion to melatonin and dmt can be influenced by minerals as well!, If you want to have extreme dreams you could take anywere from 5-20 miligrams of 5-htp, or .5-2 miligrams melatonin, or of course you could take dmt. Would you be willing to drink a glass of welches grape concentrate before bedtime? The sugar influx would help with tryptophan brain bioavailability and a mineral in grape concentrate accumulates in the pineal gland. I'll leave the science out for now though I think it would help you on your quest for lucid dreaming. I certainly notice the difference from the grapejuice

That sounds interesting. I'll give the grape juice a try. I had my longest and most detailed dream yet last night. Didn't gain lucidity yet though.
