Hello Tommy, pleased to meet you. That dish looks scrumptious. Looks like sweet potatoe, peppers, mushrooms, and kale. Love how you're involved in so much. Am following to hear more. How long have you lived in Kentucky? I have only been through there once in 2003 when I visited someone in Falmouth. From there I went through Louisville to continue my trip. My overall impression of the state was that it was very clean. I would definitely go through again.

Wow, Thanks a lot Timothy. Yes it is sweet potatoes, peppers, mushrooms, topped with kale chips. I am involved in a lot, these are just a few of the main bodies of what I have my hands in, there are other minor projects that i am sure i will come to post about in the future, but I want to make sure to lay the scene of what my main initiatives are. Kentucky is a beautiful place, the Appalachian mountains in general are pure majesty. We undoubtedly do have our issues though. Maybe we can meet when you come through again. I have been through many states hitchhiking, and Kentucky is still home. I looked over your blog and I will take some time to read some posts later, looks like interesting stuff!
