Hey there Steemit,
My names Katherine and I am the person behind the "TheSerene" name. This is my third post here and I've been having a wonderful time. If you check my post history you'll see that I'm an avid Redditor and am just starting my adventure here.
I've been on a sort of hiatus from the internet lately and I want to turn that around. I used to stream on twitch.tv and streamed every day for 2 years straight! So I've been on a much-deserved break.
I love to cook so you can expect a good amount of food recipe's if you follow me. I also love cinematography and photography. I'm also interested in writing/recording a podcast story.
I live in a house with a huge family of 10. I don't have any kids except for my cat Mia.
There's plenty more to learn about me.
I hope this small introduction was pleasant and I hope you come back.

Welcome @theserene! My wife @reeseshara would be happy to take a look at your dishes. While she’s not vegan she is a vegetarian and does do vegan dishes. Best of luck to ya here!!!
That's great! Does @reeseshara also do recipes? I usually check out vegetarian recipes as well and just substitute for the milk, cheese and eggs.
She doesn’t really create her own but she follows others. She’s @reeseshara on here and though she’s been absent for a bit it’s just because we’ve had a busy few weeks. She will hopefully be back on in full force here soon.

I seriously wish singing was one of my gift's but it's not.
I've been using the name Serene for a really long time. I was really young when I made it and it was misspelled, so I ended up slapping a "The" in front of the name and spelled it the right way. I've used that name for some time now.
Oh so nice that your nickname has a story behind it. Mine doesn't, sadly! By the way, Katherine is a very lovely name too :)
