Passion Flower was the only flower essence we tried for my father when he was alive (R.I.P.). However, we tried over a dozen other things for his sleeping problems, including extract from the Tart Cherry fruit, valerian root, and others. Nothing worked. His trouble was probably caused by the routine sleep-disruption patterns of the elderly, coupled by the medicines he was taking.
