Hello my name is Joshua, I am ten years old.
I am The Homeschool Kid. Most of my articles will be school related.
I am very happy to be on steemit and very excited to meet other kids my age. My favorite page on Steemit so far is the @little-peppers page. They have lots of kid stuff on their page.

As someone that had to go through the compulsory education system (albeit, of the private variety) I think it's awesome that you are able to be homeschooled! You have a great opportunity to learn without the process being corrupted as much by pointless tests, a negative environment, or many of the other aspects that have ruined our education system.
You are truly one of the lucky ones, and I think it's great that you've found this site to share your ideas and experiences with us. I look forward to reading more from you!
Welcome Joshua! I have a son your age and he's also learning arduino so you've got a follow from me. We're hoping to use ours to monitor the garden and eventually setup automatic watering systems and log the light levels and temperature over time.
What plans do you have with yours?
When I learn Arduino, I am going to try to make a fan for cooling me off in the summer.
