Thanks so much! What the Health inspired me to turn vegan too! It opened my eyes to how messed up the world is, and what these animals go through - it's heartbreaking! The scene of the pigs in the bin at that village was absolutely horrific!!!!

In California there must be plenty of substitutes for you - just make it your mission to look around and find them, I'm sure it's not as hard as you think it is :) you can even buy certain things online if you do struggle
