Thanks man! I am all about the potatoes too. My bar is actually a pierogi bar so I think I peel like 500 potatoes a week.
Oh. My. God. I grew up on pierogis! My grandparents were from Poland and that was a STAPLE at the table when I was a kid. Wow awesome. Haven't had a GOOD one in years. Now I'm gettin' all emotional and stuff. I love it, thanks for that.
aww well you better come by next time youre in san fran. i make ten different kinds of pierogi.
