Using irrelevant tags, especially popular tags, makes it hard to find good and relevant content.
Please try to use only relevant tags when posting!
The “introduceyourself” tag is for creating a post that tells us about you. Users are encouraged to use this tag exclusively for that, and not to reuse it.
Please only use the “steemit” tag for articles distinctly related to Steemit, the website, itself.
Blatant misuse of tags is spam. Spam is discouraged by the community and may result in action from the cheetah bot.
C'mon @steemcleaners. really?? Both of those tags are relevant to my post. In fact, those are probably the MOST relevant tags to my post. I use the #introduceyourself tag because those are the posts that I am upvoting. And I use the #steemit tag because my project is designed to make the whole platform better by rewarding new users, making people more excited that they joined in the first place. Also, I have seen people post with the intro tag multiple times and I haven't seen you blasting them. Anyway, I do not believe I am blatantly misusing tags. They are most relevant to my project. I am just being a nice guy and upvoting new users. what is so wrong with that???
I agree with you @gogogadgetupvote
This is the kind of stuff that will make people quit the platform. You don't think supporting new users' posts is "good" or "relevant"?? Tell me not to support people and upvote yourself $.66. That's fun for the rest of us....
I helped support the platform by rewarding new users posts and comments ~$3.02 today. Yeah, it's not much, but that's how I chose to use my 2100+ Steempower today. What did you do other than bully a support project with threats of cheetah?
