Also, you used the word exaggerated wrongly because nothing was over stressed in that statement you quoted. May be you should read it again to understand it.

Also, computer is the least problem here. May be you should browse about the population of Nigerians on the internet, that will give you an insight about the percentage of the people out of the 190 million are on the internet.

Water is not a problem to all Africans. Perhaps, some Africans do not have access to clean water but it is not a problem here.
