Great!! I am the same actually. I mostly eat whole-foods, but when I'm doing a lot of hard training on the bike I sometimes have to eat slightly more refined foods to make sure I'm getting enough fuel!! Thanks for your post! :)

Nice! Following you! I also like to train on my bike, however, I do it on stationary bikes (spinning marathons). Regarding the view, it is not comparable. ;)
