Welcome to Steemit. I have a passion for cooking as well. When I used to work at Borders Books I would buy as many cookbooks off of the bargain rack as I could just so I could get a broad selection of ethnic recipes. I do the same thing at Barnes and Noble as well. I've ben trying to learn as much as I can about traditional preparation methods and fermentation as I can. I look forward to your future posts.
