@alexpmorris, not sure how we have not stumbled across one another on steemit as of yet. I have been investing & trading for nearly 20 years as well (5 of that as full time prop trader) and been doing alot of real estate in recent years.

LOL...think that one has me by a few years. I do remember the SOES bandits and good old fractions. Man, trading was easier before decimals.
