Thank you!

You know that community living room is so cool!

Why don't we have something like this in India!

Damn!

I agree community housing is cool as long as you like it, at times you would feel it's too much to handle ( being with more than 50-60 people ), it depends on the person actually. Some people doesn't like to live in community housing for different reasons ( based on my experiences / the feedback i received was that there is no privacy , not willing to share anything , people who doesn't like change etc. )

Community housing also depends on the geographical area and diversity of the place ( for example it's well accepted in cities like SF, Austin, NY since we have diverse backgrounds/millennials/entrepreneurs etc.) . People may or may not accept community housing in India as when compared with San Francisco because of cultural things/diverse backgrounds, again it depends on certain places in India. Like for example cities like Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai might rank higher than cities like Hyderabad.

Very interesting. I haven't seen such "community housing" here in major cities. Is this like a hostel kind of thing? Like a dharmshala?

I was thinking US has it different.

Yeah i don't think there are many housing concepts like this in India. It's like a co-op housing ( think about it like a dorm on steroids for young professionals ). This is also a startup like tinder for community housing ( matching people who are like minded, creating stronger bonds between people and to make long lasting memories )
May be you can start one in India :)
