I heard about Steemit sometime ago from a Jeff Berwick interview. He got my hear, but I did not act on what I heard in the interview, now another interview he was talking about it again and how it works. I could not let the second recommendation of Steemit pass me over this time. So I am excited to be here and can't wait to use it. Its going to take me sometime to use to this new platform. I am looking forward to learning to it.
I hope I can find more information and a new interest. This platform is very attractive idea and a good place for daily content. My content will be various until I can find my niche. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Avoid posting too long write-ups. You can try to cut them and post them by parts. Join contests, too! There are a lot of steemit competitions such as the steemitphotochallenge, fiftywords contest, limerickcontest, 100words and other new games.
Welcome to Steemit. I'm not a fan of Jeff myself as I am more into the libertarian thing but the great thing about Steemit is that different points of view can co-exist and not be silenced by the powers that be.
