I am looking forward to yours too. :) After we finish the van we are planning on exploring some parts in Scotland and then driving down to Hereford to stay at a Vipassana meditation centre for a few months before we head to mainland Europe. After that things are very open - but we are interested in Portugal - there seems to be a lot of van dwellers there (also they recently made it illegal to not have at least 1 vegan option in eateries, so that is pretty cool too) :)
