I'm Rico, and I'm here to impress, decompress and hopefully, not depress. RHYME SCHEMES.

I'm Rico. I'm a soldier in the United States Army. I'm actually planning on getting out in about 9 months when my contract expires to go to college. The plan is as follows:

  1. Get out of the Army
  2. Do all the sweet stuff I couldn't do in the Army all in the first week I'm out (hooligan shit)
  3. Enroll in college (and graduate with a degree in Political Science)
  4. Go to Law School
  5. Practice Law
  6. Retire after a couple of decades
  7. Boat$ and Hoe$
  8. Probably death, who knows.
....Well, that took a dark turn there. ANYWAY, I just heard about Steemit through a friend. Decided to give it a shot. So far, I'm loving the community. Everyone seems to be more concerned with quality content rather than egos. I'm actually really fascinated with the concept of being able to actually write your own content (whatever that may be), and receive feedback from a community of my peers. Seems to me like Steemit is something special. Something...steamy. Okay, maybe that was weird. I'm already planning and writing a post, check it out if you want, it'll be called "Gangster Movies : Just Like Pizza; Even When They're Bad They're Good".

Thanks man! That's kind of my niche, expressing myself through ridiculously specific and stupid lists lmao

GL Rico, Just wondering why political science? I thought that you could go straight as a Law Major, it might even be in your interest to look into law enforcement, your time serving is definitely going to be something that would be well appreciated on the force.

Is there a Law Major? I should really look into that, it seems like it would give me a good base that would really help me when I get to Law School... I have got to look into that. I thought about Law Enforcement, and I haven't completely counted it out, I think I would still like to serve when I get out and that would be ideal. Although, Plan B is to go to college, get my degree and maybe return to the Army as an officer. I don't hate being in the Army, and I know that I'm going to miss it, but I feel the need to make a change and take some time to think about my future while I still have the time.
