Hello Steemit! Introduction

Hi all! 

I'm Erik, and new to this whole Steemit thing. 

I don't think I'm really that good of a writer, but I'm gonna try my best anyway! 

So I guess a little bit about myself? Some of the more important things would be:

1) I'm a psychology major with a minor in computer science. I love psychology and being able to apply that to computer programs (though I'm not very good). I like to design websites but I'm still learning.

2) Like many others, I've had a really rough time getting to where I am. A lot of what I'm going to write about will probably come from that part of my life, as I feel like I need some kind of creative outlet. Also playing Life is Strange recently has gotten me into a deep-thinking kind of mood.

3) I own a company, Solace Workshop. We develop video games, and I'll also be posting a lot about that on here. Thankfully I don't have to do it by myself, as I have some wonderful staff who I actually will write about in a future post.

4) I'm training to be a pilot in the Air Force. That's the plan anyway, so I'll be writing about my experiences with flying lessons and the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFROTC). 

5) I love to go on adventures and to be rebellious. I love tattoos and I'll talk about my tattoos in a future post. Traveling is one of my passions, though I tend to get caught up in my life at University so I haven't been able to travel much lately. Hopefully that will all change though!

Like I said, I'm not the best writer, but I'll sure as hell try. Oh that's another thing; while I'm going for the Air Force, I swear like a sailor. I'll keep it down as much as I can though!
