Clashes and destruction: Merida continues resistance

During the afternoon of Sunday, in the community of Tovar, Mérida state, officials of the state security forces are facing protesters who reject the elections of the national constituent assembly promoted by President Nicolás Maduro.

Subjects burned a truck and traversed debris in the main streets of the sector, shows an image published by Leonardo León, correspondent of El Nacional in the said entity.

Residents of El Molino residences, located in Ejido, also report the burning of several bikes in the parking lot, the reason is unknown. A military tanker knocked down the building's gate
