You should repurpose all that Facebook content and update it for Steemit!
My only beef with Steemit, since you mentioned royalties, is that once your content pays out here after 7 days, you don't earn any more. It's not passive income; however, there's no rule that says you can't post it elsewhere.
As a writer, I'm able to take my content and publish it as ebooks for whatever I want so while Steemit may not pay anymore, I'm by no means finished earning.
I hope you will find a worthy home for your art here and many returns on the good things you're putting in the world.

I still have no idea how any of it works...and yes I was out just now at the Sting concert and was so excited to show my friends that I earned $1.30 on a post and it opened up and was $10...and we were all in shock...hahahaha Thanks so much for your advice!
