QiLuna Introduction Story

Hi everyone! Here here is our introduction and first post on Steemit.

QiLuna meaning: Qi stand for “chi” the way chinese see the energy of everything. Luna is for the feminine part, the round and soft part.

We are a small local business offering Thaï Yoga Massage and Systemic brief therapy sessions. Our Thaï Yoga Massage practice is mixed with some Cranio-Sacral soft touch. We work with adults and kids and we organize workshops all over europe. QiLuna is located in Switzerland.

We believe we are not magiciens or therapist, we can’t “heal” someone but we can facilitate a process. We believe that everyone has the resources to recover by himself.

We also think that the body and the mind is deeply connected an we need to take care of both of them while moving our body to introspecting our mind. They is many ways and tools to grow and to reduce suffering, we use the one that fit us and and in which we believe.

We love Thaï Yoga Massage, Meditation, Yin-Yoga and the thoughts of the school The Mental Research Institute of Palo Alto.
