"Ego" means me. "Me" means personality."

Introductions don't come easy for me, because I believe in the Five Khandas, which make up my personality - body, sensation, perception, thoughts, and consciousness.
This means that I am always changing.

I practice Martial Arts and I go by the name qigong because it symbolizes everything that all martial arts practices that I do involve: skill and energy.

To keep the encompassing five khandas energies within me positive, I train hard and study my practice with the optimism that my personality will be greater with all the changes that I go through in my life.

Martial Arts require one to practice daily for one to gain the most benefits and improve one's skills.

My duty in this life is to attract the positives of the universe towards me so that I can give off the same in return. I do not self-indulge, but I do not deny myself either.
I meditate to help awaken my truth.

My Blog

Feelings, Emotions, Thoughts, and Connections With the Universe:

I pen my thoughts, feelings, and emotions as they come.
Short blogs; that are based on the connections of all elements of the universe.

May you be inspired and motivated by my spiritual affirmations, and receive higher vibrations.

I hope my blogs will connect with anyone who reads them, and that I will discover like-minded persons who share similar blogs, that we can all learn from.

Thank you @macchiata for your suggestion to write an introduction post.

Peace.

Hello @qigong,
You have given me food for thought here. I like what you have presented, and I never looked at personality in this way before, nor ego tbh (but it makes total sense). I am intrigued, and I will do some reading on what you have mentioned about the Five Khandas. That's new to me, but I am not surprised, as I figure I will learn new things from you. Your views resonate with me.

I hope that you will find your way around the Blockchain. I understand that you intend to use this space as a personal diary. However, maybe you will gain the inspiration to explore more of what the blockchain offers and the different communities too.
You are free to make this blog your own, so there is no pressure.

Enjoy:)

Welcome @qigong... I'm @angryman (Founder of Free Speech Community) sorry that I missed your post within the current voting timeframe, but I did re-blog it to the Free Speech admin. page in an attempt to get more eyes upon your blog page😎

Contrary to common belief, our free-speech community welcomes all genre of postings and posting style. Feel free to post there at any time you choose. It is the first place I usually visit when I log on to Hive for curating.

P.S. I rarely mention my past martial arts interests, exposure and practices for personal reasons, but look forward to seeing more such topics like QiGong, Internal GungFu, Zen Philosophy, etc. here on the Hive blockchain.
