Yes it does make great pizza at over 800 degrees. I wish the weather in Chicago allowed for outdoor catering 12 months of the year. It's been zero degree here the past few days.
Wow, I bet the pizza cooks so fast! And that definitely doesn't sound like ideal pizza weather! But wonderful job, keep up the great work!
