I remember! I'm only 22, but my grandparents raised me and they collected so many classic cartoons on VHS for me. I remember this and Felix the Cat, Heckle & Jeckle, Betty Boop, Baby Huey, Pop Eye, and so many more. Thanks for jarring my memory! I'm gonna go watch some now :)
