Glad to have a face and a little personal touch to the person that's helping us out. In history customer service has been improving but people is always demanding more and more from them as I think it's what happened in your past job.

But I can assuredly say that by introducing yourself it's not only going to make Bittrex have a good image but also we'll be considerate next time we're exchanging emails with you, the one who probably always gets the blame and the sh*t from angry customers haha!
