FIRST 12 DAYS ON STEEMIT [my experience]

Hello steemians!

Am Barrywhite @ogwhite, as stated in my introduction , i got to know steemit through my friend @donfelix and joined the community 17days ago.

REGISTRATION
I fill in the registration space and confirm my phone number and my email, then i realize i wont be given login pass immediately, i had to wait for days, i waited for 5days which was as if i waited for 5years, i check my mail every seconds just to see if have been send the password, i most say it was the longest wait of my life.

Finally, 12days ago i got a pop-up on my laptop, there a notification on my mail from steemit, i quickly and anxiously open my mail, and i saw the longest combinations of consonant word have every seen used as password.

FIRST POST
Relief and Happy i was, cause i couldn't wait to get started, My first post was an introduction post which i got about 10 votes and 7 comments, i was very happy because i thought it was a great start.
After my first post i made other post and i was disappointed at the return of the post, zero or low upvote which make me feel as if my effort were in vain.
After the disappointment gotten from the other post i feel as if i wasnt wanted in the community but my friend keep encouraging me to just be calm and continue blogging.

7days after my first post i check my wallet and saw a pop-up to clam my reward, Happy i was and so anxious to continue blogging again...
After the reward i continue posting and the upvote still remain the same, sometime i get upvote sometime no upvote, but i will continue steeming because i believe in the community...............
