My mission is to help narcissistic victims heal and make more people aware of narcissistic red flags. I know the effects of narc abuse first hand because my life was almost destroyed by it.The abuse kept me from knowing and accepting myself and blinded me from my purpose. That is why I help narc abuse victims thrive in life and business with my story, life coaching, and psychic readings.

I help narc abuse victims with my story of experiencing narc abuse

As a child, I experienced emotional and physical neglect which forced me to learn to parent myself as an adult. I was homeschooled as a child and was always traveling on the road with my family and we were never in the in the same place for more than a few days. Experiencing this as a child caused me to isolate myself as an adult. My father was a minister all my life when I turned 11 he became a pastor. My sisters and I were often made to be examples in front of the congregation and if we did something that was not right to them they felt it was OK to tell the whole church during service and even make a whole sermon about it while we were sitting in the front row and could not get up and leave.

This constent public humiliation caused me to experience a great deal of shame and low self-esteem. As an adult, I searched and searched to find answers for what was wrong with me and how I can fix it. During my journey, I learned how to manage depression, anxiety, heal my inner child, set boundaries and heal from various forms of abuse that stemmed from narc abuse.

I became a professional life coach in 2011. I started coaching because I wanted a solid way to help people let go of the past and move forward with their life. My style of coaching is very laid back and honest.

How I help narcissistic abuse victims heal with my psychic readings

Psychic readings have helped me become aware of how the aftermath of abuse is holding me back in the moment. For this reason, I help my clients heal with readings.
