Hi, I'm Fidi. Virtual Assistant and Globetrotter from Germany

Hello steemit community,

I just did my introduceyourself post two days ago. I did it only in my mother language, but since I´m going to write some posts in english as well, I decided to introduce myself to the rest of the steemit community.

my name is Fidi and I'm new to this plattform. My Boyfriend has been running our blog on Steemit @betterthanhome for quite some time and has finally persuaded me to start my own Steemit Blog. Well, thanks for that :-) Of course, he will help me to find my own place in this wonderful community.

Why I start with Steemit

The enthusiasm of my boyfriend for Steemit has finally caught on me, and that's why I really want to be part of this great community. I like the exchange between the Steemians, how you all support each other and all the interesting articles. Even though I have not really been active on Steemit yet, one or the other contribution to the topic of "Housesitting" on our blog @betterthanhome comes from my pen.

What you can expect from me

My big topic on Steemit is the lifestyle as a virtual assistant. From me, you will learn what a virtual assistant is and how you can earn money online with this profession, regardless of location. I've built my VA business completely independently and can work from anywhere in the world to any time. Goodbye 9 to 5 Job - Hello Freedom and location independence.

On my blog, you'll get tips and tricks for setting up a VA business in the future. You can also read about how to find jobs or customers and how life as a globetrotter can be like this. Even though I always live in places where others spend their holidays, it is no longer a holiday for me.

Now a few things about me

I am the child of Turkish immigrants and I was born in 1984 in Germany. Even though I call myself German, I am still Turkish. This is also reflected in my eating and cooking habits. Because I'm a passionate cook and I love cooking delicious dishes of Turkish cuisine.

I used to practice the profession of notary's assistant for 10 years, but that's history now. My boyfriend and I are travel addicted 2013, last year we quit our permanent jobs at home and totally changed our lives. Now we travel around the world as housesitters, I have my own VA business and we just enjoy life. That's how it should be because you only live once!

Housesitting is my second passion after my job as a virtual assistant. I love animals, beautiful houses and to travel. Housesitting makes it possible to always have animals around me and stay rent-free in the most beautiful houses.

Also, I'm a total coffee junkie, wombat lover and sometimes can be pretty stubborn.
And now I am looking forward to this community, the exchange with you and many new friends. And of course - let's be honest - I'm glad if you follow me on my blog.
