i actually had eye sight and wearing glasses earlier .... but once i started inversion therapy i almost got it to neutral ... now i am not using glasses anymore :) ... badminton will treat you fine only when all your body parts are in sync ... not just wrist ...
for now i suggest you to do more warm up exercises for at least 15 days before you enter the court ... its an aggressive game ... though your body is not ready your mind will tempt you to play some wrong shots which will end up in injuries ... believe me including training, i am also treating few with injuries who neglected warm ups ...
