RE: About me! Hello, I'm Julia.

Hello Julia and welcome to steemit. I'm sure you will have a great time here, and have loads to blog about given your interest. Steemit does pay off with a lot of consistency and hard work, added to which you meet some wonderful people here. Oh, and store a hard copy written or printed down of your keys. A few things to keep in mind to ensure your Steemit journey is a fun one. :)

  1. Key security. Never log in on your master password. This is the owner key you were given when you signed up. It's only use after your first log in is to allow you to recover your account if lost. Once you have retrieved all your keys (Posting, Active, etc.) only log in on your posting key. You will only need the active key for financial transactions and the like. This ensures your account remains secure and you can have a great time.

  2. Be wary of suspicious links dropped in your comments section. Like the rest of the internet there are a lot of malicious spammers. If you click on a link and it takes you to a log in page close the window and do not enter your keys. This way your account is always safe.

Enjoy your time here and if you have any questions feel free to give me a shout.

Hello. Thank you so much for such valuable advice. In a moment, I will write down a copy for all the passwords. Have a nice day!
