Wow, very comprehensive post on this topic! Especially in summer it is super easy to get more fluids into your body by eating melons. Winter on the other hand offers for example oranges, which also have a very high water content.

Hi @rawadventuress, you're totally right! Things like watermelons and cucumbers are over 95% water so a great source of hydration and another great option if drinking water is too boring for some.
