yeah you right, its all about building relationship, you can try with give the other people post with your quality comment, made the people happy with your suggestion, automaticly you make the people happy and want to be your friends, you can try with all #steemian in here, its work, trust me, we can't success in here without try to make the people happy, everything will be back on sooner or later it will be sure =)
Yea I've found just constantly commenting on my followers works well to drive traffic back to my posts and I gain followers. it's a lot of work to keep tabs on them but it's been gaining me followers and upvotes on my blog post. I'll keep you posted how it goes. Good tips!

go on like that and be an active user, i am sure you will be quickly develop, find steemit community in your area to join and get real friend with bigger profit, but do not to disturb your real job, or disturb your other life =)
