I like BinancE and bittrex. I also use mercatox to get veritasium and Monetha. BinancE is great because it is the only exchange that automatically rewards gas for holding NEO. I'm new to this crypto game also. Been stocking up on NEO OMG QTUM CVC MTH DNT LPC etc etc. I reccomend getting a ton of LPC LOOPRING when it becomes available on BNB again. On the bottom of their websit is a NEO council symbol. Anything hooked up with NEO will as you know go to the Pleiades.
