The countries that make their children most skilled to compete in global workplace
In this automotive age when recruiters consider excellence, they are now keeping more focus in soft skills. Like- Networking, public relationship, the ability to negotiate, chain of work, problem solving and leadership. Because till now no one cans automation these type of soft skills. But people with many professional skills are no longer required by the companies because of various automotive machines are doing their work. So many developed countries are now trying hard and soul to build up the soft skills of their youth from very early age. The lists of those progressive countries that are focusing more in soft skills are given above with ranking.
This survey is given by PISA report (Program for International Student Assessment) after conducting a survey in among students, mainly on the 15-year-old children. They give audience some science, mathematical problems and then check how student understood that problem after reading. And gave them score by how they can demonstrate collaboration problem solving skills based on team-based collaboration.
The Hamilton Project, a report of an economic study of USA providers showed that, most of the American H.R managers’ are putting equal importance on cognitive skills like math language quality as well as non-cognitive skills.
The report also says that 20% H.R. manager thinks that newly graduates have lack of professional skills. Half of the managers think that newly graduates are facing more difficulties in understanding any problem than their professional skills.
The World Economic Forum's ‘Future of jobs report 2016’ has already become controversial by 2020. Creativity will be the number one skill of the job seekers. Everything will be lost in front of new era of creative thinking and creative technology. So without the creativity, it would be almost impossible to understand completely new things and to work with it.
The world is taking education to a wonder level and where we are still lying! We have not been able to do the typical education yet. When we will give them the creative education? Will we leave behind in this era of creativity and communication?
