https://steemworld.org this is a great platform to keep track of where you are at. Voting is a way to show appreciation to others, but also to earn curation for yourself. Each 100% vote depletes your voting power.

Basically, you can vote 10 times in a 24 hours period and restore back to 100%. That sounds complicated, but most newcomers vote too much and deplete their power and such their earning potential.

@flauwy does a lot of tutorials and I learned a lot from him.

@papa-pepper is a well-known person here on steemit and he helps lots of people and is incredibly generous.
