Entering the world of blogging: introduction blog.

Hello helloooo hivers, how's your day? I hope you all doing well, by the way, I'm a newbie here and I would like to introduce myself I am here in your feed so you guys know about me.

So, I am Maemai, I live in the Philippines and I am pure Filipino, I was born and raised in Cebu and I turned 18 last November 21. I am currently a Senior High graduating student.

I am the third among my four siblings I am the second girl among my siblings I have an eldest sister and brother and a younger brother and I want to share here in hive about the things and what kind of person I am.

I am describing myself who's very soft-hearted, moody, and a crybaby HAHAHA. I have different personalities depending on who is with me. For others, I am an introvert, and for my friends, I am an extrovert but mostly I am Ambivert depending on my mood HAHAHAHA. People have different perspectives about myself but I know myself more than others.

LET'S GET TO KNOW EACH OTHER!

These are my parents they had high expectations from me since my sister is good at academics and they are always motivating me To thrive more that's why I am working hard in school and myself just because I am afraid to fail in academics and also fail as their daughter and I know that it might affect the expectations in their minds.

So I stayed with my grandparents when I was a baby because they were both busy with their work and till now my parents are still in Dubai but they're still supporting our allowance and our needs.

As a senior high student, it's really challenging and hard since I stayed with my grandparents and it's not easy because my parents have mood swings sometimes their minds change and I just understand them but sometimes it feels very heavy in my heart, and ended up having a mental breakdown. But those struggles I am facing, I use it as one of my motivations to survive these challenges.

Because life is like a gameplay to win. If you want to win this life you have to survive, even though it may exhausting if you have no motivation you don't dare to do those things but at the end of the day everything will be worth it and we will be proud of ourselves that we survived those challenges.

THINGS THAT I LOVE TO DO

I am into sketching, so the first thing that I want to share is my first sketch, I have drawn a lot of characters since I career sketching so I can manage to make more anime characters, That picture is Monkey D. Luffy from the anime series One Piece that was my first anime character in one I draw followed by Bulgar Nami, Vinsmoke Sanji also Roronoa Zoro and many more.

Second, Listening to music is also my therapy, listening to music is one of my comfort zones since it helps me to keep calm, I love sketching and listening to music it's very peaceful and relaxing. One of my favorite songs is Malibu Nights by LANY, I don't know I just really like the lyrics. Specifically the lyrics "I got way too much time to be this hurt Somebody help, it's getting worse" petrified my attention.

I also really love sunsets, who wouldn't love sunset right? I would do anything just to take a picture if the sunset showed up, whenever I am having a bad day, sunset always remind myself that it's okay to just rest and continue. Sunset is the proof that endings are beautiful too and it comes to my mind that I should just enjoy my life, even if it's hard or easy because I believe there's always a light in darkness and I just enjoy it because life is beautiful.

And, my cats!!! I love cats! I have two cats, and their names are Sora and Tobi. Just by purring and lying to me, I am already so happy! especially tobi.

Tobi is my favorite Sora because he's so clingy and he's always on my table so that's why I'm always with him. sora and Tobi are like a family to me. I can also say that both of them love me because when I feel sad, they come to me and connect with me, it's so heartwarming.

In addition, I love watching anime series and especially Ghibli movies my favorite film in Studio Ghibli is Ponyo(2008). Ponyo (2008) is a Japanese animated film directed by Hayao Miyazaki and produced by Studio Ghibli. The animation in Ponyo is beautiful, with the colors and detailed landscapes that bring the underwater and human worlds to life. The film explores love, friendship, family, and the power of nature the film tells the story of Ponyo, a goldfish who escapes from the ocean and a five-year-old human boy named Sosuke Sosuke helps her after she is washed ashore while trapped in a glass jar. So try to watch Ponyo 😉

also, I love eating! If I'm not feeling okay, or I'm sad, I just eat if I see that I'm not in the mood I'm just hungry. I just let the tender, the juiciness, and the deliciousness of foods through my mouth to bring
back my mood and forget all the problems I have.

Lastly, I love sleeping, it's one of my ways to escape reality, sleeping is one way to forget the problems that I have, and I can peacefully rest mentally and physically. So that's all the things that I love to do.

WHO INTRODUCED ME TO HIVE?

My teacher @callmesmile introduced Hive to me, and she told me that this community can help me to improve my English vocabulary and my writing skills some of my classmates who are into blogging influenced me to be in this community where I can connect to others in different countries and to connect with friends here on hive.
