Congratulations on your hard work...going from 16 and working in a restaurant to owning 4 is a huge achievement! I taught high school for years then took a leave to run a restaurant with my husband. Like you, we believed in a happy experience and that only happened when we gave consistent customer service and food quality. It's a tough job for sure!!
