    Apparently @steemcleaners accepts proxy reporting (by people who are not the VERIFIED original authors or copyright-holders) but they don't accept appeals by anyone other than the flagged account owner.

    How to Appeal

    Complete the following guidelines if you wish to appeal the blacklist:

    1. Make an Apology Post
    • The title must be: My Steemcleaners blacklist. My apology to the Steem community.
    • Include links to all abusive posts made by you.
    • You must write what you did wrong and why it was wrong.
    • Finally you must apologise to the community.
    1. Post Original Content
    • One post per every day of your appeal. Your appeal consists of 196 days.
    1. Finally
    • Come back once finished and ask for a review.
