You have used this tag for 22nd time. You had many warnings before and received many flags for that in last few months. You stopped for a little while and then started again.
I don't think that it was "accidental".
My personal impression is that you may have thought that steemcleaners is not watching your profile anymore so you can start exploiting this tag again to fish for certain curation on this tag.
You got another warning and flag few days ago but you decided to post the above article with this tag anyway.

Also, Copying/Pasting full texts without adding anything original is frowned upon by the community (referring to cheetah comment under this post).

These are some tips on how to share content and add value:

• Using a few sentences from your source in “quotes.” Use HTML tags or markdown ">" before the quote.
• Linking to your sources.
• Include your own original thoughts and ideas on what you have shared.
• The quotes should not cover more than 50% of the whole post. At least 50% of the content should be original.

If this organisation confirms on their Facebook page that they are aware of your fundraising, I will remove this flag.
Please ask them to share this post to their Facebook page or temporarily add simple word "Steemit" in their Facebook "About" section. They can remove it later once we confirm.
