RE: Introducing Myself to Hive - @tinman88

Hey there Dion, welcome to Hive. Big boys toys and travelling!!! I think you're going to enjoy Hive a lot. Most people have never blogged before, so just think of Hive as somewhere to rant and make friends.

You'll get loads of people throwing advice at you, most genuinely mean good as Hive can be quite daunting for newbies, but you just need to be careful with some groups.

If you search the Hive feed, you'll find a trending post written by a newbie for newbies with input from many seasoned users, that would be a good place to learn about Hive.

I'm also tagging @galenkp who's also from Australia, he's a great guy to follow and learn about Hive. I'm sure he'll be happy to give you some pointers if you need any.

And finally ☺️, I'm part of a team called Pinmapple, and we're here to support the travel community. When you write any travel content, post it from https://peakd.com/c/hive-163772/created for more support. If you have any questions feel free to ask anytime. Have fun!!

Hi There @livinguktaiwan thank you for your warm welcome and the information you have provided. I have been reading and trying to understand more about how the community works and thank you for your offer of help. Also sorry for the late reply I did not know I needed credits or hive power in able to reply to my comments but I have that sorted out now.

Just a couple of questions is there a limit to how many photos you can put in a blog and what tags should be used for example for travel blogs?

Thank you once again @livinguktaiwan and will be looking forward to posting some travel content in your community.

Hi there, I see you've made your first travel post, great stuff. There's not limit on how many photos to put in a blog, but personally, I wouldn't put more than 15 - 20, that's stretching it IMO. Particularly if it's a travel post, we like to hear you talk/write about your travels instead of getting the photos to do the talking. That becomes a photo post then.

Hi there, @livinguktaiwan thank you it took me a few hours to do, I think I was trying to hard to get it perfect and mark no mistakes and thank you for your helpful advice I will take note of that.
